Institutional information
Fundación Rede de Innovación Arousa (RIA) is a private non-profit cultural entity, registered in the Register of Foundations of Galician Interest with registration number 2018/04. The Foundation, constituted on 14 July 2017, has as its objective the study, planning and productive, economic and cultural development of the Galician territory.
Its registered office is at Virxe da Cerca, 6 – 15703 Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña).
The entity, which is under the protectorate of the Consellería de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Climático de la Xunta de Galicia (Ministry of Environment and Climate Change of Galician regional government), is regulated by its Statutes and the applicable legal provisions.
Structure
The governance of Fundación RIA relies on its Board of Trustees, which is supported by an Honorary Board and an Advisory Board that contribute to decision making, the establishment of partnerships and the public projection of the foundation’s mission and activities.
